The end of the year is a time to tie up loose ends and think about plans for the New Year.  It is a time to re-evaluate what’s working and what needs to be adapted and changed for further growth.  I find the end of the year is my time for clearing out the old and bringing in the new.   I empty my junk drawers, throw out old make-up and rethink my skin care choices.   The skin as a living organism requires change and stimulation.  Like exercise, you need to change your program occasionally to continue to see progress and results.  One easy way to change up your skin care is to try a new cleanser or add a new serum to your current regime.
